I really wish the luxe breeze soft had more give, which would make it great on the shoulders if it did. I have no clue why the soft doesn't feel that way.īasically, I have come to the conclusion Tempur does not offer an all around bed, based on me trying them at 4 different stores. Also, on every firm I tried, you can feel the temp difference. It also is good on the stomach, but feels like a brick on the back. The Luxe Breeze Firm - Oddly seemed better on the shoulders than the soft ( I have no clue why ) at every store I tried. Consider, the breeze line does not feel anything near the adapt line. AKA you don't sink in that far, which is odd for a soft. However, there isn't as much give on the shoulders. The luxe soft isn't a bad stomach or back from me trying it out in stores. However, the luxebreeze firm, I feel the cooling. Luxe Breeze soft - Tbh I don't feel as much cooling in all the stores I tried. However, the stomach might be an issue and create a slight arch because your upper torso will sink in and your hips will be up more. The luxeadapt soft - I think this is great for side sleeping. I currently sleep on a Brooklyn Bedding Aurora and it's not.awful but it's not great for my body type. I'm a side sleeper and also get the shoulder jam feeling and often have them and my limbs fall asleep from bad pressure relief. I like the extra cooling on it but $1k for that is steep from the ProBreeze. The LuxeBreeze firm seems way too firm for our weight and I worry the soft will be too soft once it's really broken in/heated up. I THINK I've landed on the ProBreeze medium. I've been bouncing all over between the Tempur lines. I'm seemingly very similar to you in stats: 5'8 180-200 from bodybuilding and in the EXACT situation. Luxe Adapt - $3700 - ( Comes only on soft or firm ) - Now, I seen on a reddit someone claimed the Firm on the Luxe Adapt was more of a medium and slept cooler than the Pro Adapt? Can anyone validate this? Maybe good on back and side sleeping? I was shocked at how different it felt at two different stores. What bed do you think is best for my situation?ġ.) Pro adapt - $3,000 - Medium - It felt different at different stores. This is what has led me down the rabbit hole of tempurPedics. Same if I sleep on my stomach, my upper torso sinks in, but my back doesn't- again the arch factor. If I back sleep, my back sinks in deep, but the rest of my body doesn't, hence why I think the pain is the there, because it creates an arch. My shoulders, if I sleep on the side, Jar/Jam against my current mattress. Am I the only one who is digging deep into their bed search? This feels more than a used car purchase because of price and something you will sleep on EVERYDAY lol.
